Fixed fee GDPR compliance bundle
We have heard some ridiculous fees being quoted for employers to get their contracts of employment and handbook policies up to date to make sure they are GDPR compliant before the 25 May 2018.
Appreciating that you don’t want to spend a huge amount of money on this, we are offering the following for a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT:

A revised monitoring policy.

A revised data protection clause for your contract of employment template.

Guidance notes on privacy notices.

A privacy notice for existing employees, workers and sub-contractors.

A privacy notice for job applicants.

A letter to existing employees explaining the changes to their terms and seeking their agreement.

A letter to you summarising why the changes are required and what they entail.
We hope these will help you through the maze of the new changes and that the information provided will allow you to work through it yourself. However, if you wish additional help after receiving the documents, this will be charged at our normal hourly rate of £220 plus VAT.
Alternatively, if it has been some time since you had your documents reviewed, we offer a free review and if things could be better, the above documents are included within our fixed fee drafting package.
