Employees’ rights in relation to family related leave continue to evolve and change.  In April 2026, our handbook was completely updated to take into account changes to the law and new rights which were introduced.

It outlines the statutory entitlements and obligations in relation to maternity, adoption, paternity, parental leave, shared parental leave (birth), shared parental leave (adoption and surrogacy), parental bereavement leave, time off for family emergencies, flexible working, carers leave and neonatal care.

It includes helpful forms in the appendices for employees to complete.

Clients have advised us that they find it a helpful reference guide which avoids them having to pay for legal advice to find out what their obligations are.

It is a fixed fee of £310 plus VAT
