Our years of experience have taught us that businesses want to know the costs upfront, so we offer the following contract, covering letters and the handbooks for a fixed fee of £1,500 plus VAT.
What you get
A contract of employment.
In the absence of a written document, employers leave themselves vulnerable to misunderstandings and disputes as to what has been agreed.
In addition, there is a legal obligation on all employers to provide employees with minimum information, in a written statement of particulars, from day one of their employment. Failure to do so exposes you to the risk of up to four weeks wages in damages.
We recognise that each business is unique and has different needs. We therefore work with you to produce a standard template, for all levels and types of employees, tailored to your business needs. As not all employees have the same terms, we draft options for you to consider when issuing each contract.
Letter of offer, covering letters to both new and existing employees, together with a personal details form.
A specimen Staff Handbook, which supplements the contract of employment.
Communicating effectively with your employees helps to promote a happy work environment, which in turn leads to increased productivity and loyalty.
A key part of this process is to get the right documents in place, so it is not so stressful, time consuming or costly when things go wrong.
Our handbook contains over 40 policies and forms to help advise employees what is and is not expected of them. It contains many useful policies, some of which are a legal requirement and helpful forms. Those which are not applicable to your business can be deleted. If an area if not covered, we can draft a bespoke policy for you.
We provide the specimen handbook for employers to work on themselves. However, if they wish our assistance to tailor it, this is extra work charged at our hourly rate of £310 plus VAT.
