For dismissals taking effect on or after the 6 April 2022:
A weeks pay for the purposes of calculating a statutory redundancy payment will rise from £544 to £571 maximum gross weekly wage.
A basic award at tribunal increases from £544 to £571 maximum gross per week, subject to a maximum of 30 weeks.
The maximum compensatory award at tribunal, for loss of earnings, increases from £89,493 to £93,878- OR one-year’s gross pay, whichever is the lower.
