Pay rise for 210,000 workers in UK as a result of Living Wage Foundation campaign

More than 210,000 British workers are set to see their pay rise by 30p an hour as a result of the Living Wage Foundation's campaign to increase the national minimum hourly rate.
The a voluntary scheme which 6,000 employers have signed up to the charity’s initiative. It will see the difference between its own living wage and the government’s minimum reach £2,000 annually.
