This recent case gives a timely reminder of the importance of complying with the Tribunal’s orders and instructions. The Claimant was giving evidence under oath when the Tribunal adjourned for a break. She was warned not to discuss the case with anybody. However during the break, she was seen speaking to a journalist. The Tribunal deemed this unreasonable conduct and struck out her claim!
