Fixed fee drafting package to get your employment documents GDPR compliant before the 25 May 2018


We have heard some ridiculous fees being quoted for employers to get their contracts of employment and handbook policies up to date. Appreciating that they don’t want to spend a huge amount of money on this, we are offering two fixed fee options, as set out below.

Option one:

For a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT, we are offering the following:

  1. A revised data protection policy.

  2. A revised monitoring policy.

  3. A revised data protection clause for your contract of employment template.

  4. Guidance notes on privacy notices.

  5. A privacy notice for existing employees, workers and sub-contractors.

  6. A privacy notice for job applicants.

  7. A letter to existing employees explaining the changes to their terms and seeking their agreement.

  8. A letter to you summarising why the changes are required and what they entail.

Option two:

Is the same as option one, but you also receive our completely revised staff handbook, containing 45 policies and a number of forms in the appendices. 12 of those policies have been amended to make them compliant, some significantly, with amendments to some of the forms in the appendices. This is an additional fixed fee of £500 plus VAT, regardless of the number of employees you have. Being a significant reduction on our usual fee, this offer is only available until the end of May.

We hope these will help you through the maze of the new changes and that the information provided will allow you to work through it yourself. However, if you wish additional help after receiving the documents, this will be charged at our normal hourly rate of £200 plus VAT.
