Increase in the maximum weekly wage used to calculate statutory redundancy

With effect from the 6 April 2018, the maximum weekly gross salary figure, used to calculate a statutory redundancy payment and other employment tribunal awards, increases from £489 to £508.
If an employee earns less than this figure, their weekly gross salary is used.
