HM Courts and Tribunals Service has announced that it plans to introduce a new online database of employment tribunal decisions in Autumn 2016.
The new database will cover judgments in both England and Wales and Scotland. Currently, paper copies of England and Wales judgments are held at Bury St Edmunds and judgments from Scotland are stored separately in Glasgow. The database will initially only cover new judgments. HMCTS states that it has yet to make a decision on converting existing judgments to be made available online.
