New Corporate Insolvency legislation passed to help relieve burden on businesses

The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill received royal assent on 25 June and is now an Act.

It will put in place a series of measures to amend insolvency and company law to provide vital support to businesses to help them through this period of instability.
