The Employment Lawyers Association Covid-19 Working Party has published a paper urging the Government to clarify, as a matter of urgency, the areas of conflict identified within the current versions of the guidance on the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS).

Collective redundancies.
Annual Leave.
Obtaining adequate consent to vary the employment contract.
Protection against redundancies, dismissals and failure to provide work under zero hours contracts.
